HARD WORK

My dad was a forester in Thomasville. I grew up working for him in the hot summer months when school was out, marking trees in the woods. I know what it's like to work hard for an honest wage, to own a business and raise a family here. I respect you.

HONESTY

It's at the heart of who I am. I believe public officials and city council members should act like civil servants. As citizens of Thomasville, we deserve more notice about important decisions. We deserve more transparency about policies that affect us.

COMMON SENSE

Every person who balances their own home budget knows you have to live within your means. We need leaders who will treat people right—being honest, fair, and listening to the voters. We need a return to principles of common sense and fair treatment for everyone. Leaders should be civil servants, who serve the citizens of our community.

BETTER PLANNING

Governments can't just suddenly increase taxes. Families and business owners need to plan. In every area—from zoning to permitting to taxation—we need to ensure decisions like raising taxes are made properly, with correct consideration for how they impact people. We need accountability. We need to explore all our options.

NEW OPPORTUNITY

Thomasville has to work for everyone. While some people fear "growth", we need to continuously bring in strong jobs for people who live here while also giving opportunities to business owners who are already here. High quality jobs don't mean our town will change for the worse or grow too big—jobs mean our town will continue to stay strong.

KEEP IT SPECIAL

Everyone I know who lives here believes Thomasville is a special place. If you're from here, you grew up knowing it. If you moved here, chances are you chose it because it's great for families. We want to keep Thomasville special, making decisions that will preserve what is unique about our community without restricting opportunities.
